Local Home Bound Delivery

The Parsippany-Troy Hills Public Library System provides free homebound delivery to the Parsippany community who are homebound, disabled, high-risk for Covid-19, or lack transportation to get to one of our libraries. Morris County Library - Libraries By Mail

The Morris County Library offers both Libraries by Mail (a free delivery service for all residents of Morris County who are unable to get to their local library, i.e. lack of transportation, or medical issues) and Deliveries to Adult Care Facilities.

NJSL Talking Book & Braille Center

The New Jersey State Library Talking Book & Braille Center (TBBC). TBBC is a library that provides no-cost, home-delivered services, on behalf of the National Library Service for the Blind and Print Disabled to children, teens, and adults in New Jersey who have difficulty reading standard print or trouble holding a book

Office on Aging and Senior Events, Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills

The Office on Aging and the Physically Handicapped provides support services which enable senior citizens and the physically handicapped remain independent in their own environment. This office is committed to helping residents remain actively involved in all phases of community life, and can be reached at 973-263-7351.
