The Parsippany-Troy Hills Public Library System provides free homebound delivery to the Parsippany community who are homebound, disabled, high-risk for Covid-19, or lack transportation to get to one of our libraries. The Morris County Library offers both Libraries by Mail (a free delivery service for all residents of Morris County who are unable to get to their local library, i.e. lack of transportation, or medical issues) and Deliveries to Adult Care Facilities.
