Reserve a Room

Room A has a capacity of up to 90 chairs and offers an extensive package of media services, including DVD and CD players, a Dolby sound system, a large projection screen, and a performance stage. The meeting room includes a piano, which can be booked for recitals and special events. There is a laptop capability for presentations. There is a kitchen area available.

Room B has a capacity of up to 60 chairs, with direct access to the kitchen area.

Rooms A & B can be combined to accommodate up to 250.

Individual Study Rooms are available to reserve on the lower level of the library.  There are two rooms available for individual study. Please be aware that there is a glass-enclosed door.

Group Study Rooms 1, 2, 3, 4, & 5 are glass-enclosed rooms located on the first floor of the library.

• Group Study Room 1 has a capacity of up to 10 attendees.
• Group Study Room 2 has a capacity of up to 8 attendees.
• Group Study Room 3 & 4 has a capacity of up to 6 attendees.
• Group Study Room 5 has a capacity of up to 4 attendees.

Rooms may be reserved for any group use, including school projects, book clubs, service club meetings, etc. There is no fee for using this room, provided the group is based in Parsippany or has non-profit status. Group study rooms can be booked online, below.
