The Twilight Zone with presenter: Linda Hetcher

Have you ever felt like you were in The Twilight Zone? If so, get ready to learn about the masterful writing of Rod Serling, the creator of this famous program.

In this series we will review and discuss the details of selected episodes from the classic TV show as well as assess the message, meaning and moral within. We will discover how the stories and themes from over 60 years ago still resonate in our world today.

Linda Hetcher began her career as an educator in the Physical Sciences and Mathematics. After earning an advanced degree in Computer Science, she served in various senior technical and marketing roles at AT&T, Avaya, and Novartis. She pioneered the use of state-of-the -art digital analytics tools and processes to evaluate the efficacy of marketing programs.

Linda’s passion for the writings of Rod Serling and The Twilight Zone began when she first saw the iconic television program. She is very excited to engage others in appreciation for the groundbreaking show.

Inclusive fee for all 4 sessions: $25 (Fridays, October 6, 13, 20, 27 @ 2-3:30pm). This fee will help us to cover the cost of our speaker. Please make your check payable to: “Parsippany Public Library”.

Live Well, Age Smart is an ongoing series that provides creative learning opportunities to the Parsippany area community. Utilizing collegiate-level speakers, the series seeks to: Serve as a forum for intellectual stimulation and change; Enhance awareness and involvement with life; Provide opportunities for socialization in friendly, comfortable surroundings.
