We’re excited to feature the intricate and joyful work of Sneha, a talented local artist whose paper-quilling designs are now on display at Parsippany Library. A devoted mother and creative spirit, Sneha found her passion for quilling during the early days of motherhood, and it’s blossomed into a beautiful artistic journey.
“Paper quilling is an intricate craft of rolling and shaping narrow paper strips into beautiful designs,” Sneha explains. “It began as a creative escape and quickly became something I truly love.”
From delicate florals to intricate patterns and heartfelt keepsakes, Sneha’s work showcases the quiet patience and vibrant detail that this unique art form requires. Each piece is a celebration of color, texture, and the beauty of slowing down.
Beyond quilling, Sneha also enjoys sketching, watercolor, and gouache painting. Her artistic practice is deeply inspired by nature, books, and the everyday moments she shares with her one-year-old son.
“Art helps me unwind and express what I feel,” she says. “It brings balance, joy, and a deep sense of fulfillment to my life.”
Sneha’s display at the library is a gentle reminder that art can be both a sanctuary and a spark of joy, especially when crafted by hand and heart.
We invite you to view Sneha’s vibrant paper creations during your next visit to the Main Library. You may just be inspired to try a new craft of your own!
