Mini Movers Class (By South Street Dance)

South Street Dance of Morristown, NJ will be conducting a class called "Mini Movers".  These workshops for children ages 3-5 will consist of singing, dancing, and moving around!

Space is limited, registration is mandatory.  Registration will begin two weeks prior to each workshop; please contact the Children's Department at 973-887-5150 x233.

Bedtime Math Pajama Party (Ages 4-7)

Bedtime Math is a nonprofit organization which encourages parents and children to solve math problems each night.  Participants will play with DIY dominoes and Twisted Tangrams.  Supplies and instructions were donated to the library by Bedtime Math.

Children may wear pajamas.  Sign up begins on May 20th.

Parsippany Library Summer Reading Kickoff

10am to 10:50am - Dig into Reading Around the World (stories from many cultures)

11am - Local author Jen Ward reads her book, Penelope Goes to the Library

11:30am - Make a fun craft to take home and one to display at the library

12pm to 2pm - Find a dinosaur egg during this time

2pm to 2:45pm - Create and underground landscape using pudding

Support the Friends of the Library by visiting the Kona Ice Truck anytime between 11am to 2pm.
